Where do Pupcakes deliver?
We offer free delivery on orders of £6 or more for all of our creations within Plymouth (PL1-9), Saltash (PL12) and Ivybridge (PL21). If you live outside of this area we do have a range of postal products which can be shipped anywhere in the UK.
We are now based in PL1 ourselves, so if you wish to arrange collection please just let us know when ordering!
Can I pre-order?
We are happy to take pre-orders for specific dates and occasions. If you are looking to pre-order or need your creations delivered on a certain day please specify the date required in the notes section when you checkout.
Feel free to DM on Facebook or Instagram us if you want us to do something out of the ordinary, as we are always happy to try and meet your specific needs!
When should I expect my delivery?
We deliver in Plymouth, Saltash and Ivybridge the next delivery day if your order is placed before 1pm; if not we will deliver during the following delivery day. Alternatively, if you are placing an order in advance please specify your preferred delivery date when prompted on the website. All postal purchases will be sent first class with Royal Mail, so we would expect these to arrive within 2-3 working days.
What ingredients do you use?
Everything we produce is hand-baked and crafted to order. All our products are made by hand from the baking to the packing and this is how things will stay.
We use the highest quality ingredients in our products and these include Flour, Eggs, Peanut Butter, Grated Carrot, Honey, Vegetable Oil, Water, Dog-Friendly Chocolate, Blueberries, Strawberries, Unsweetened Apple Sauce, Fat-Free Greek Yoghurt, Apples, Bananas, Unsweetened Banana Chips, Chicken Biscuit Treat, Chicken Knotted Treat Bone and Natural Food Colouring.
Is there a nut-free, gluten-free or grain-free option?
Yes, there most certainly is! It is only the frosting that contains peanut butter, so an alternative can be used should you have a dog or a person in your home with a nut allergy. Please just request the nut-free option in the notes section on checkout.
Alternatively, we offer both gluten-free and grain-free options.
How should we store the cakes?
The cakes and pupcakes should be stored in an airtight container. During the summer months, you may find it beneficial to also place them in the fridge. If stored correctly, all of our products will last for up to 3 days.
Can I choose the design?
Yes! All the design options are shown in the drop-down menus in our online shop. We do a range of chocolate, fruit and treat options.
